As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will create a web analytics infrastructure that will help us maximize commercial value from our digital channels, turning complex data into actionable insights for marketers. The role will focus on developing a single web analytics data collection and reporting platform that meets business requirements to optimize investment, audience, and content mix ultimately driving ROI.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working autonomously using his initiative. The ideal candidate is an experienced Digital/Marketing professional, who can engage cross-functional teams in performance insights, identify opportunities for improved content or campaigns, proactively identify risks in traffic/conversion trends and lead projects.

You will be responsible for delivering enhanced analytics services to management, enabling them to make fact-based decisions. Based on multiple data sources, you will manage the generation of insights that help SLiDE better understand the consumer, expand reach, increase customer engagement and advocacy, and ultimately drive sales.

Objectives of this role

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on a variety of digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and Google Ads, with a strong focus on achieving maximum ROI.

Campaign Management: Manage all aspects of digital campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creative development, targeting, and bid management.

Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Ad Tech Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and technologies. Utilize ad tech solutions effectively to enhance campaign performance.

Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, providing updates on campaign progress, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvements.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales team, content creators, and analysts, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring that expenditures align with client objectives and deliver maximum value.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of ZOHO Business tools is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, experience with Adobe Experience Platform and other ad tech solutions and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities. including the ability to lead several projects and programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holistic thinker – establish and drive end-to-end strategies and initiatives encompassing multiple functions.
