Lead Management Executive

Job Description

The role of Lead Management Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of lead gathering, qualification and actioning the leads pipeline, handling incoming clients’ inquiries.

  • Perform data entry of all new incoming client inquiries received from various locations, as well as conduct lead gathering from various channels within a specified time frame to ensure the delivery of the highest standard services to clients and to support commercial business needs.
  • Perform pre-qualification and action the leads pipeline to coordinate the flow of inquiries and make sure that they are being followed and assigned to Business Setup Advisors properly and according to the client’s request.
  • Manage and filter leads received from all channels (Facebook, Website, Instagram, LinkedIn, Calls); follow up on all inquiries according to given guidelines to ensure that all client inquiries are being attended to within a given time frame.
  • Maintain and update clients’ contact details in case of any typo errors or bounced emails to ensure that accurate and up-to-date data are always available.
  • Provide professional support in general, customer service inquiries and administrative tasks, taking into consideration client satisfaction to have smooth operations of the department.
  • Ensure delivery of a high call productivity rate for inbound and outbound calls by eliminating abandoned calls.
  • Ensure effective distribution of leads and follow up on potential leads as per the set sales target, complying with the Lead Management policies and procedures.
  • Prepare a weekly report showing sales inquiries, leads distribution, and leads forecasting.
  • Create, maintain, and develop accurate customer records within the system to keep the potential lead database up to date on the CRM database.
  • Work with key stakeholders from the Marketing and Sales department to assure consistency of dashboards and reports across the organization.
  • Engaging in all CRM activities, staying abreast of its features to utilize and maximize system benefits.
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and being able to work effectively in a team.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, IMM, Business Administration, or at least 2 years proven work experience in a similar or related corporations/organizations.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written, and a pronounced customer care approach.
  • Ability to handle pressure, cope with changes and work concurrently on multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and capability to work well within a multicultural team environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (ZOHO) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of advanced MS-Excel/PowerPoint/Access/MS Project.
  • Proactive mindset and developed sense of responsibility.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.
